Attractive and updated room, great area. Exceptional breakfast, particularly cheese, hardboiled eggs, sausages and hot waffles. Relaxed by the pool, it was heated, especially when the weather was really warm. Branded drinks, very good wifi were a nice surprise. It was a fab experience in a nicely appointed hotel.

Relaxing room; easy check in; comfortable beds. Gothic style hotel with nice furniture in the rooms. The staff were more than helpful and provided efficient customer service. Free mineral great cocktails and wines in the pool bar, good parking place.
Facilities were modern clean, however Wi-Fi was bad.

The property overall was sparkling clean and incredible, had fine rooms and food. Great sized room with free wifi. Based in an beautiful area. Restaurant was close to the hotel and they provided Thai meals.

Everything here was wonderful, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. The room was exceptionally comfortable, the staff was very-very nice. The staff did all they can for an incredible stay. Reasonably spacious suite and very comfy bed. Prime location, easy walk to a hogg market👌

Would recommend and would stay here again. Superb food, hospitable staff, spacious beds. The rooms are average and palatial, have a coffee machine, an ironing set and TV with DVD player.

we really loved this hotel: people and staff were all nice. venue's valet helped us a lot! there is restaurant threesixtythree at the premises.

Baan Thai, set within 5 minutes' walk, was the best for dining. Excellent home base for city trip in Kolkata. 20 minutes drive to the airport.
